Position: Junior SEO Executive
As an SEO Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to implement and develop effective SEO strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of our website. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that our website is optimized for search engines and drives relevant organic traffic.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Implement and develop SEO strategies: You will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to enhance the website’s search engine rankings and visibility.
- Competitor research: Conduct thorough research on competitors’ websites to identify their SEO strategies, keywords they target, and backlink profiles. Use this information to refine our own SEO efforts.
- Keyword research: Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume search terms that align with our target audience’s search intent. Utilize keyword research tools and analytics to identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Content creation: Write engaging and optimized SEO content for the website, including web pages, blog posts, meta tags, and headlines. Ensure the content is relevant, informative, and aligns with our SEO objectives.
- Content optimization: Regularly review and optimize existing content on the website, including meta tags, headings, and on-page elements. Make necessary adjustments to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Website maintenance: Ensure the website is up to date, technically sound, and optimized for search engines. Collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary changes and enhancements.
- Link-building strategies: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. Utilize various techniques such as outreach, guest posting, and content promotion to build a strong backlink profile.
- Collaboration with the digital marketing team: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall marketing objectives. Coordinate and collaborate on cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Website analysis: Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics to analyze website performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to the team.
- Website performance improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve website performance, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and user experience enhancements.
- Content improvement: Propose and implement changes to the website’s content based on performance analysis and user feedback. Optimize content structure, format, and relevancy to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
- ROI measurement: Track and measure the success of SEO efforts by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Provide regular reports on the ROI of SEO initiatives.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes: Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in search engine algorithms, particularly Google. Continuously adapt SEO strategies to ensure compliance with best practices and maintain optimal search rankings.

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 12,000 /month
Annual CTC:2 – 2.5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%

Search Engine Optimization(SEO)
Who can apply:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, information technology, or a related field.
- Work experience or internship as an SEO executive, SEO specialist, or in a similar position.
- Professional certification in search engine optimization (SEO) is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding and experience with website analytics tools such as Moz, Google Analytics, etc.
- Sound understanding of conversion and performance marketing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment, as required.
